Midge Rutter

Broker-Owner

Born and raised in Roscommon County, I have the advantage of history and insight of our Northern Lakes here in Houghton Lake and Higgins Lakes. 24 years of experience and hard work is why we are one of the top brokerages in Northern Michigan. Voted #1 Brokerage and #1 Agent by People's choice for several years, I strive to facilitate your life move seamless from beginning to end and after the closing. I have an office manager and also an in house marketing person. We like our brick and mortar buildings so we can meet you face to face. We are techy and old fashioned all wrapped into one. We support local business in the area.
