“Angela Sulkowski went above and beyond to sell our cottage near Kelly Beach, Higgins Lake . She was able to secure 8 bids in 4 1/2 days, with the highest bid being well above asking price. She respectfully held all bids until we were able to view them, due to deaths in our family. Angela coordinated inspectors & contractors who needed access to our place. She was a very clear communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way, & did all of her work with efficiency & excellence.
